Server Side Error - Doesn't Seem Particular Serious But Would Like Sorting

I get the above error a lot in my server logs. Has anyone had similar and corrected?

Please inform hosting administrator about this issue. Most possibly it is server side issue

I contacted my host yesterday ( EUKHOST) about a seperate issue on live chat, and he said my .htaccess is not accessable.

I sent him a screenshot showing me it was.
