1. We added more than 5K keywords to CS-Cart engine, but using analytics from https://serpstat.com , they have found only 164 keywords only and others are missing.
2. H1 tag. Using same software analytics, they do not find H1 tags from CS-Cart.
Can someone assist with this issues?

Home page does not contain h1 tag out of the box. You can add it with HTML block
As for other pages, please confirm that serpstat does not see h1 tags both for product listing and product details page
