Seo Greyed Out

I just updated to v4.9 and now the SEO addon is greyed out. Anyone know why?

Greyed out = Disabled?

SEO is greyed out and wont let me click on it. I have other cs-cart installs on the same server and they are not greyed out and mod_rewrite is functioning properly.

Never mind. It just wasn't activated.
