SEO addon issue

Hello.

I’ve just installed the free version CS Cart v4.17.2 SP1 on a new server and I’m having issues with the homepage. With the SEO add-on enabled, the homepage appears to redirect and shows “error 404” for the main content but will show the rest of the page such as the menu bar. With it disabled, it works fine but not ideal.

Any ideas would be great, thanks

Start with making sure that mod_rewrite is installed on your server.
