Many posts ago, problably 2 years ago, I read in this very forum a solution given by a member to send a message to a given ip address that’s searching in the store. Like for example, a pop up message.I do not remember well if it was an invitation to chat or just a message.
Imagine you have someone who’s searching and has visited over 100 pages in your store but does not make purchase or contact, i’d like to be able to send that person a message thru a pop up window or something.
How can this be done?
I wouldn’t suggest something like providesupport.com whom can allow you to create popup communication sessions.
