Let me start out by stating that I have read Rob’s Killer manual on shipping and taxes and have solved almost all of my problems. 1 remains.
Is there a way to set up totally manual shipping? No realtime access at all?
By unselecting the FedEx UPS and USPS choices and creating a custom manual method, I still get the error that reads, “Unfortunately no shipping options are available for your location.
Please contact us and we will see about delivering to you.”
How can I get the shipping to add automatically from my custom module?
Hello! You might want to make sure you have your zip code entered in…this is what killed me and I believe I got the same error message you are getting.

It’s ironic that if I turn off shipping it allows me to send to customers but without the price that was quoted in the product page
ie
