We are getting 5 columns in the grid in search results when some one searches for a product on frontend. We want this to be changed to 4 columns only, where can this be done.
Settings -> Appearance -> Number of columns in the product list
That doesnt work for some reason its set to 3 and the product grid shows 3 columns in categories but doesnt work in case of search where it shows 5 columns. Sending you a PM with link

Surely it should be work. please check your theme template. may be possible something is hard-coded at the time of modification in theme.
Looks like the issue is related with the Vivashop theme. Try to contact the developers of this theme
