scrolling background?

Hi, I'm trying to customise Cs-Cart 4, I can change the background image via .helper-container but I can't work out how I would do something like this with a scrolling background

I can get this to appear after the footer or before the header but I can't work out how to have this scrolling background for the main content.



Any ideas?
