Is there any way of placing rules on profile fields? For example, if you don’t include a complete email address, i.e. no dots you get an error message to correct before you can proceed.
What I’m trying to do is create similar so that you cannot proceed if the telephone field includes anything but numbers and spaces.
The reason being that at the moment you can put what ever you want, but when you get to the payment gateway, it will immediately reject with limited detail as it cannot cope with incorrect fields.
Any help greatly appreciated, noting the version I’m using.
I agree, I get a lot of undeliverable messages (order notifications, new signups) that do not arrive at the customer because they entered a wrong email address. Email should be checked or entered twice.
