Hi. Can anyone help? I have noticed when people put a return through the RMA, the amount of the product decreases, on the RMA form. This causes an issue where I have to then find out hoe much hey paid, and then I have to manually make a gift certificate, instead of creating it through the RMA, as if I was to create it through the RMA, it would give an incorrect credit amount. Any ideas?
