i tried to search from the forum, but can’t find any thread regarding this matter.
hopefully someone can help me here.
i find a problem where user used points to pay using paypal. even the paypal payment went through successfuly, when recorded in cs-cart, it is showing as fail transaction.
status=failed
and this is the error msg i got cs-cart order detail page:
"Payment processor response: The paid total amount does not match the order total "
I already double checked and confirm this problem only happend when user is using points to pay. looks like the amount $ sent to paypal after rewards points is applied, make it different with the one recorded in cscart.
here is the detail:
shopping cart content in cs-cart

Points in use (38 points): $0.19
Total: $19.31

Amount $19.37
$19.31 <>$19.37 which make the transaction recorded as fail

btw, i’m using cscart_v2.0.14
anyone got the same problem and any idea how to fix this problem? this seems to be a bug for me.
