I went to edit an order for one of my customers that are in a membership that I set up that do not get reward points. Before I edited their order, no reward points showed at the bottom of the invoice. Now, after I edited it, 218 reward points show up. The one product I added does not get reward points and even if it did, it would not even come close to equaling 218 reward points. Has anyone else noticed this or does anyone know how I can edit the points off the invoice. I want to do this before the customer notices it.
