Returns Authorization for Vendors

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I activated the RMA add-on. I can test an order all the way through the system - a customer can submit an RMA and I can see it and work with it as an Administrator. But the vendors cannot see them or work with them. I created a user group with administrative privileges and checked the RMA add-on. But when I log in as a vendor the RMA functionality is not there. Thoughts?

Yes, Me too, and I can't see some of the functionality of professional version in the vendor version, example the Affiliate ?

Can we know how to access some of this module which is available in professional version ?



Appreciate Cs-cart personnel can point us the right path. thanks

I put in a support ticket on this one so we'll see what comes out of it. They said they'll need to look at the installation to see what is happening.

Any news at this topic? i have the same problem and would like to know how to proceed.

Using an upgraded store, I can verify that the link on the customer’s order page does not appear.

If you can access this link - RMA is setup correctly, just the link isn’t viewable:



/index.php?dispatch=rma.create_return&order_id=XXX

Where ‘XXX’ is your orderID (have to be logged in).
