Request Phone Number Half Bold Half Not

I have attached an image of the issue I am having. The request a Call number is half bold and half not. I have tried to change the number and it seems that the larger the number is when this happens. How can I fix this?

Check the settings in the addon “Call Requests”. It is set by default to 7. Change it to whatever you want, or set it to 0.
