You can count by yourself how many times registered users logged in to your site using logs information on your site ( Administration - Logs - Advanced search options - Users). In order to see the information about how much time each product is being viewed, you can use the “Popularity” field (Catalog - Products- Product details name - General - Popularity). Unfortunately, you cannot see the information about how many attachments were downloaded in the standard CS-Cart.
