Removing Welcome to CS-Cart.com

I cannot seem to find where to get rid of the “Welcome to CS-Cart.com” Which is above where I edit the main page.



Any ideas? Its not in the top.tpl

Or if you just wish to edit it, it can be found in admin under Languages and just type in $lang.welcome

I was able to delete that specific code in the welcome.tpl
