How do i remove this ajax window for calculating shipping. It’s the dumbest thing cs cart could do. People don’t complete their purchases because of it.

They won’t be able to place the order at all if their shipping rates aren’t calculated. Could you please explain exactly how current behavior is preventing your customers from completing their orders?
They place, like call requestes.
Most of the time, they don’t manage to click on it and the orders remain incomplete. After that, they call me to check what the problem is. Before 2020, this didn’t exist and it was better without it.
