how can I remove the link in the ‘short list’ to the product details page?
The name stays in the list, only the link should be removed.

Where can I find the code to remove this link?

Activate the design mode from the admin section and then go to that page and see what tpl file is displaying that information. Then simply edit the file with your method of choice.
