Im sorry if this question has been asked before, but how do customers redeem points ?
The customer MUST go to show cart first.
There they will see where to redeem their points.
If they don’t have any points they won’t see any options.
If they put an item in the cart and go directly to checkout they
will not have the option of redeeming points.
I will be slipping a Redeeming Points into the INFORMATION box
to explain it to customers.
How much do customers like this feature???
My site is not live yet.
We have been using a reward point system in our bricks and mortar shop for years and customers quite like it.
Have you tested your reward point system yet ?
Mine is buggy ( I think ).
