Receiving Dropshipping Orders

we would like to receive orders from our customers allowing them to change the shipping address to there customer but still leaving the billing address to there account.

we have tried many settings but we can not get this to work.

what we are getting instead is that when you change the billing address it either does not make any change at all. or it changes both billing and shipping address.

can somebody help please.

Make sure “Allow users to create multiple profiles for one account” is set.

That seems to work for me with 4.1.1

Make sure to say No to “Are shiiping and billing addresses the same?” during checkout if you have the billing address set to be the first.

The “are shipping and billing addresses the same” is only displayed if you have the “Profile address section order” set to “Billing first”.

I would have thought that setting it to shipping first would be a more natural flow for your use though.

Not sure why it's not working for you. If I login, put an item in the basket and then checkout I can change the shipping address to whatever I want.

Are you using the same version?
