reCaptcha "anti-bot validation has failed" issue

I am using default CS-Cart Google reCaptcha add-on.
Customers keep reporting getting the following problem “Sorry, the anti-bot validation has failed. If you’re seeing this message, please contact us and let us know about it”

Any idea on how to fix this?

Please make sure that you do not use reCaptcha V3 API Keys for reCaptcha v2
