the information and help is excellent but the user guide could do with being orgsanised in a logical manner so that a new user could install the software, configure the essential parts, address etc, ad categories, add products etc, etc
i dont like prestashop but thier manual is in a good format for reference

a video help series on Youtube would also go down well to cover finer points just as WooCommerce do so well with Wordpress…
Add your ideas to the CS-Cart UserVoice. The user manual is pretty handy, I don't know why it hasn't all been integrated into the KB.
