This is a online store run in SA which needs a design over haul and upgrade.

We still running CS-Cart 1.3.5-SP4 and would like to get it upgraded to the latest version of Version 2.0.x
With the upgrade we would like the site to be redesigned possibly with a cleaner, fresh, vibrant website and logo but must have the same look. Same font on the logo etc… Must still be identifiable to old customers.
The new design must look familiar to what is used now but with more of the Company’s flair as the image of the website. What would also would be nice is matching forum design to our forums which uses SMF - Maybe upgrade to vBulletin even if freelancer recommends this.
