Am having the same problem … I disabled quick links they are still visible on the top, then I deleted but still the same thing …
I guess its a bug or something like that … ADMIN please note and fix.
Have you tried dumping the cache?
Add this: /admin.php?dispatch=categories.manage&cc
To the end of your url. It would be:
yourdomain.com
