My site mainly sells a lot of custom printed hi vis clothing, and my main fast moving products rank well, there are bout 3000 products on the site in total. My question is I am thinking of introducing another line/category for printed safety signs and there re round 2000 different ones of them, would the 2000 safety signs dilut emy content and perhaps make my hi vis stuff lose ranking position .

Can't see why adding categories/products would dilute your rankings. It's just additional items…
