I swear at one time the Quantity was a box. Now it looks very strange.

The number is far from Quantity and there is no outline. The demo versions show a box. Any help?
Have you edited the code at all? Or had someone else do it?
If you have then you might've replaced the input box with just the “1”. If that is the case it should be a quick fix.
No, I haven't edited it, did do an upgade.
