Promotions Page is empty

I have promotions on my website, but they are not displayed. I know they were there prior to the 3.xx upgrade, but now they are gone.



Any suggestions?

What type of promotions? All active promotions (Cart and Catalog) should appear on the dispatch promotions.list, ie:

http://yourstore.com/index.php?dispatch=promotions.list

Check the promotion is both Active and the 'Available till' date is not in the past.

That is the correct link and I do not have any dates on the promotions and they are active.

If you add products to the cart to meet the criteria of the promotion, are you notified in the cart/checkout that you have received the promotion?

Yes, so I know it is working, but the promotions page is blank

When you say blank…do you mean your entire page is blank, like the header/footer area are missing too? Likely cause is the Main Content block is missing for the location your promotions page is using. PM me your site URL and I can take a quick look, but I suspect this is the most likely cause.
