Promo Item Not Showing On Invoice Anymore

Hi, since I upgraded, there is a promotion item that no longer shows on the invoice. It’s a free product when 3 or more items are purchased. It used to show on the invoices. It does show on the promotions tab of the invoice in the admin.

Does the free product show up in Products in your order section during checkout? And what about the General tab on the Order details page in the admin panel?

No it does not show up in the general tab of the order, but the promo does show on the promotions tab. I did a test order in my cart and it shows the applied promotion but does not show the free product.

Try to create a new promotion with the same rules

Sorry for the late response. I just tried creating a new promo with the same rules and did a test order, and am getting the same result.

Unfortunately it is hard to say the reason. Additional examination is required. You can contact CS-Cart support team or our company to examine the issue. Thank you

Hmmm, I'll check into that. My problem appears to be that the discount is reflected in the total paid through PayPal, but the invoice doesn't show the promo or the discount.

Ah! That's a different issue. I'm having the problem with PayPal after the latest upgrade. On PayPal orders only, it doesn't show the order total (on admin invoice, emailed invoice or printed invoice) and it doesn't show the promotions tab in the order details, even though the promotions are applied. I have reported it in Bug Tracker.
