Profile Fields to allow multiple choice

For the vendor application form, is there a way to have a section with multiple choice question? I can see the check box and radio group type option for the profile field. The radio group allows me to add variants but vendors can only tick one checkbox instead of multiple.

Unfortunately, there are no available profile fields with multiple selection
