Products Not Being Added to Cart

I have CS-Cart 2.1.0 and when my customers try to add a product to the cart, the product does not add to the cart. It just goes directly to the cart page and says: “This cart is empty and cannot proceed to checkout.”



How can I fix this? What could be causing this issue?

I am sorry to hear that you experience this problem. I suggest that you should check whether your server works under protection of the Suhosin extension. If yes, please set up the following settings for Suhosin:


suhosin.cookie.cryptua = Off
suhosin.session.encrypt = Off




If it does not help you or Suhosin is not used on your server, the problem requires examination on your server. Please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide temporary access to your server by clicking on the Add record link on the Access information page of your Help Desk account so that we can examine the problem.
