Product Visible to everyone, only specific group can buy

Hi,



We're setting up a shop and have the following requirements:

[]2 customer groups (retail and wholesale) with different pricing - all good so far

[]When not logged in, people see the retail price - ok

[*]Some products are only available to the wholesale group, but everyone can see them. If the user isn't in the wholesale group, there is a 'Only available to wholesale' message.

We're a bit stuck on the third step. When I make a product only available for wholesale it doesn't show up at all. Is it possible to do this at all?

Have you activated the users to be part of the wholesale group, admin>users> select user and then select tab “user groups” change from pending to active.

Yes. Customer R is Retail, Customer W is Wholesale.



Product A should be visible to everyone BUT only Customer W can buy (so sees a price and buy button). Customer R should see something like “This product is only available to wholesale, please sign in to buy”
