I dont know whether Im missing somethng but I cant see.

This variation colour image keeps reloading when a different size is selected which can slow down the page.

have I missed a setting to keep orange as one image ? instead of refreshing it

I am afraid, it is designed so. The whole block at the right side is refreshed after the variation is selected
