We recently moved our MVE from 4.03 to 4.5.x and noticed that the product tags seem to have changed.
In 4.03 tags could be added by customers or admin, and each party would only see the tags they had created. Each user type could view a list of all their products tagged with the same term.
Since migrating and updating our data to 4.5.x we've noticed that all tags are visible all the time (other logged in or not), and there doesn't seem to be a way to add a tag from the product detail page. Additionally the tag tab only appears if the product has a tag entry.
Has something gone terribly wrong, or is this the new behaviour?
