Product tabs have merged into 1 tab after upgrade

I recently upgraded to 4.18.1.SP1. After the upgrade, I just noticed that my product tabs information (shipping info, nutrition information and allergens statement) have merged into my description product tab and when clicked, the other 3 products tabs (shipping info, nutrition information and allergens statement) do nothing. I have checked the block settings and all blocks have content and are active for the products that they should be active for. They are just in the wrong product tab.

When I tried to add a new tab, I am not able to. I click add tab, give it a name, click select block, add create new block, select html block, give it a name and add some content, then click create. The system then tells me that my changes have been saved, and I get a red error message that says “the block field is mandatory”.

have you still got the “display product details in tabs” selected in settings>appearance

There can be typo in the templates. Please share URL of your products with mixed tabs

Thank you for your assistance. I have about 1700 products that use the same product tabs, and they all have the same problem. The paragraph that starts with “Due to the perishable nature of our products”, should be in the shipping info tab. The paragraph that starts with “You can find nutrition information by clicking here”, should be in the nutrition info tab. The paragraph that starts with “Attention customers with food allergies.”, should be in the allergens statement tab.

The tabs appear, but when they are clicked nothing happens. All the information below “Note: Products may vary from image shown” are supposed to be in the other 3 tabs. I have tested this on chrome and firefox.

For me they are appearing in seperate tabs as you descrive above

I checked a gift box too and all good.

Did find a few seconds delay for pages to load.

It is ok for me too. I can switch between tabs without any problem

Thank you to everyone who took the time to assist me. I was testing this on Windows 10 on two different computers, and the tabs are not working along with some other links. When I tested on Windows 11, the tabs and links worked.

I was able to fix the issue after disabling and enabling 3rd party add-ons.

It sounds like a glitch after the upgrade. I recommend contacting support to resolve the tab issue and the ‘block field is mandatory’ error.
