When I go to edit some product, I see just “General” tab. Any one else did not work. (Image, SEO, Options, Shipping Properties, Quantity Discounts…) I cleared a cache but didnt’t help.

What browser do you use?
Just a guess, since I'm also relatively new. Since you're logged onto the administrative area, I assume you have administrator access with the username you're using.
Things I would explore to see if they're related:
- Under Customers/Administrators (your login account): is the User Group tab visible? If so, what user groups are you assigned to?
- Under Customers/User Groups: Is the user group you're assigned to restricted in any way from editing products on the Privileges tab?
- Do you see multiple tabs in other areas, or does it just not work when editing Products?
- A screenshot will help the gurus here find a solution for you (the Print Screen key on your keyboard puts your current view onto the Windows clipboard, which you can then paste into any paint program and save as a JPG to post)
