Just need some help with updating quantities through the “Import” function for product options.
Basically I am selling costumes and have a costume set up with a “Global Option” of Sizes which has Small, Medium, Large.
I am tracking inventory on options. I have also assigned separate product codes to each size in the options page. For example:
Main code is 711001 and then the sizes are 711001S, 711001M and 711001L.
I have just got a new POS system and need to keep my inventory updated through doing a import into CS cart of Product Code and inventory from my POS every night.
The problem I am having is that even though I have assigned product codes to the options I can't change the inventory by a mass upload. I also noticed that when I do a export from CS-Cart the inventory for options do not show up as a separate item with product code in the export.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
