I would like to have the option to display a quantity box for each product item in the product configurator section. For example when looking at the demo store:
Instant Demo - CS-Cart Multi-Vendor Demo Try Free for 15 days
It would say “Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe NVIDIA nForce4 SLI Motherboard” followed by a qty box, price then extended price. The extended price would automatically update the price at the top of the screen beside the product… just like it does now.
It would also be nice to have the option if we want to show a qty box beside each item listing or not. For instance, maybe the Asus Motherboard would not need a qty box, but someone could add 2 of the AMD 64 processors for $78.99/ea x qty of 2 = $157.98 extended price.
Of course, this would need to carry the extra qty and pricing through the checkout and print on invoice and email.
This has been asked for hundreds of times in the forum and has a user voice request already. Cscart has totally been ignoring the configurators short comings.
In my opinion the configurator is the weakest part of cscart.
hmmm, that's a shame. it has so much potential. I already checked out 3.x but it doesn't seem to have any improvements with the product configurator.

Yes, I was extremely disappointed that 3.0 made zero improvement to the configurator.
