I use authorize.net as my payment processor. In previous shopping carts i had the ability to process a refund directly from the back end of the cart. Can i do this in cs cart? What is the process?
Personally I haven’t found a way directly from the cart. I have to login to Authorize.net and do the refund there. It’s kind of a pain, but it works.
Once the refund is given I then change the status of the order in the cart.
