I am trying to setup a sales tax for customers whose billing address OR shipping address is in FL.
Right now I have two choices in the admin section 1- add the tax if the billing address is in FL, or 2- add the tax if the shipping address is in FL. If I turn both those on and the customer selects the billing and shipping address FL then they get charged twice for sales tax. How do I fix this?
I'm not sure why you would select the “Billing address” but I believe the general rule in the US is based on the “Shipping address”.
