Problems with Eway

Hi all

Is anyone else having problems with Eway in Australia? Random payment requests (around 1 in 3) are simply not reaching them. The customer gets a declined payment message and Eway has no record of the attemp. Numerous calls to Eway have provided no joy as they do a test and it works for them. It also seems to happen to certain customers every time, while other customer’s payments go though everytime. Very fustrating and very bad for business and simply can’t continue.

Eway even advertises it’s support of CS-Cart!

Perhaps I need a new payment processor? If anyone has any experience with this, or a solution I would love to hear your thoughts.
