Problem with ipn_main_handler.php

I just got an email from PayPal saying this:

But I’ve gotten PayPal payments before with no problem AND my website is not on the folder /store/, it’s on the root of my website. but when I go to the root I dont see the ipn_main_handler.php file. And I don’t have a folder called shop so I don’t know what to do. Is there something I need to change?

cs-cart does not (unless it’s been added in 2.1.x) utilize IPN. Hence it should not be configured in your Paypal setups on the paypal website.
