We have a problem and we do not understand why it happens and how to solve it.
Suddenly, We have some Active Vendors, in the bak offfice that do not appear in the front office of the web.
In the back office everything is ok.
They are all Active, in the Free Vendor Plan.
But, When you search for them, the web finds them as vendors, but when you click to go to its page a message of 404 Error appears when you go to the page. Examples of Vendors with this problem:
It would be difficult to assume what is preventing these vendors from being listed on the storefront without having access to your installation. Could you please check if there are no limitations on specific vendors in the settings of the storefront where you are checking these vendors. Like this:
