Hi
i insert many category in to website
and while i add another categories with “bulk category addition” option show error 404
Notic : this error only show when i want to add more than 1 category on there (Add 1 category Acceptable and not give any error)
but i have many of desire category remain yet and want to add them
and if i do them one by one then need used many times
i do the below line for found reason:
1- restore to some days ago in Back-end Database Area
2-unistall many Addon
3-disable all of category
4-clear cache
and same etc.
but problem is still seen
So let us know for resolve this problem what should we do?
