I've gone through the knowledgebase articles and even made sure I had right process via the online demo, but I can't seem to create price-dependent shipping charges - there's just no “Create” button like in the online demo.
What are the requirements for allowing the creation of dependencies?
I'm using Canada Post realtime rate calculations on CSCart 3 Pro.

Turns out it was just a permissions issue, I wasn't given the right login information.
