Is there a way to create a popup message, when a user visits the site I would like a message to be displayed something like the green message when a promotion is applied. We go to shows to sell products. I would like to able to inform the users that their orders will be delayed while we are at the show. We are currently using a Block that shows up on every page, I still get some users “ I never saw thatâ€
