Does anyone know if there is an option for us to have a pop-up window show for a customer when we access their account information that would show information that we set for them like a balance due on their account or special instructions?



If now, does anyone know if there has been a modification for this.

You seem to have several needs in this request.


  1. track a customer balance
  2. Need to summarize their account activity (assuming orders and balance info)



    When you say “access their account”, do you mean viewing their profile?



    I don’t know of any standard functionality that would address those needs. Customization can always be done if you can clarify your requirements so someone can implement what you want.
