Poor Look Apply For A Vendor Account

Hi,

The form apply for a Vendor account I have it's far away from example here (someone else post it):

I don't have right side(advantages) and editing of page is nightmare (need to change tpl file). Did I miss something? That important page shouldn't be ascetic.

Right part is just HTML block which can be edited on the Design -> Layouts -> Vendor account page. You edit content of this block or add additional blocks on the mentioned page
