Where in the world is this number changed in Step 3 of CS-Cart 2.1.1?
It says 5555555 and is not picking up the number from the Company setting. My client wants her toll free number there.
I’ve looked through every setting that I can think of which would be relevant and searched languages for “phone ordering” and “5555555” and come up with no results so I’m out of ideas here.

You do that in Admin/Payment Methods.
You will see an item Phone Ordering. Edit that and change to your number.
