Person To Help With Modifying Theme (Paid)

Hi there,

I'm pretty new to CS-Cart and I have a bunch of questions and I was hoping I could talk to someone in here who is pretty familiar with customizing the theme. I have a design that I'm trying to import into CS-Cart.

I would love to know, best-practice-wise the best way to do this and have someone answer any questions, particularly on Skype.
