Hi guys, got a quick question for the CS-Cart gurus out there…



I’ve set up a shop for a client and, as part of that, they need an automated EDI file to be generated by the shop upon payment and sent to DHL for delivery. I’ve got a developer working on creating a web-app to do that but he’s raised a good point:



When my shop passes a user from Checkout to PayPal for payment, CS-Cart flags the order as ‘processed’. If that user then quits from PayPal before making the payment or has their card rejected, the CS-shop still counts this order as processed…



Obviously giving stuff away for free isnt part of the plan so I was wondering if anyone was aware of this issue and had any suggestions for a workaround??:???:

When the user cancels or is rejected from paypal, CS-cart shows open, not processed.
